Construction is progressing steadily at Arcadia at Veranda Falls. Roofing is complete on Building 4, with house wrap and MEPs underway. Building 1 is moving forward with roofing, windows, storefronts, and interior rough-ins. Framing is nearing completion on Buildings 2 and 3. FP&L conduit installation is underway to bring power to the site, and rooftop A/C units will be set on Buildings 1 and 4 next week.

Things are shaping up across the site at Arcadia 331! Final touches are underway in Building 1000, while interior finishes continue throughout. The clubhouse is coming together with tile, millwork, and countertops in progress. Outside, site lighting is being installed, turf is down in the pool area, and sidewalks, grading, and irrigation are all moving forward.

We’re hitting milestones across the board at Arcadia 331! From clubhouse finishes to elevator installs, siding and painting, each building is making big strides. We’re proud to be the general contractor on this 259-unit community located in the rapidly growing city of Freeport, FL, just a short drive to the beaches and full of coastal charm.

Progress is steady at Arcadia Veranda Falls in Port St. Lucie, FL. Roof sheathing is underway on Buildings 1 and 4, while subfloor decking is being installed on Building 2. Over at Building 3, the team is setting floor trusses.
